LNG Deck / Cargo Management Advance course (SIGTTO) – 10 days

This course is designed for those who already have some LNG experience, this course follows the syllabus set out by SIGTTO in their suggested LNG competence standard (second edition 2008) at the management level. It is approved by DNV as meeting the requirements of the SIGTTO suggested LNG competence standard.

The course follows the same drydock to drydock voyage cycle as the LNG Tanker Operations Membrane course but includes a wider range of subjects as set out in the SIGTTO syllabus.

The course will improve the knowledge, understanding and practical skills of those persons involved in management level in the handling of LNG on ships or terminals.

This course focuses on ensuring understanding of the principles involved, and the undertaking of all cargo operations carried out on an LNG carrier, in a safe and efficient manner. br
